Faison Plumbing Plus

My hot water was not working. I called a large company first and was told I needed a new tankless water heater at a cost of $5,000 My neighbor recommended Faison Plumbing Plus for a second opinion. Thomas arrived shortly after I called. He quickly let me know there was sediment in the filter and cleaned it out. It has been working fine for 2 months. I highly recommend Faison Plumbing Plus!

Sunday afternoon, my main water line sprung a leak, which forced me to shut off water to the house. Unfortunately, my home warranty policy would not cover it... however, Monday morning I called Faison Plumbing and it was fixed by the time I arrived home from work Monday afternoon. Quick, efficient and very pleasant to work with. This is the 2nd time I've used Faison Plumbing and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend their service!

I was in Creedmoor helping a friend out and needed some unexpected plumbing parts, and after a bad experience at a local hardware, I saw Mr. Faison in the parking lot (did not know he owned business), asked him if he had parts on truck that I needed, he was very nice and looked, but did not. He then told me where to go for plumbing supplies. All this and he did not get paid a dime. He now has 2 new customers in the future. Thanks Mr. Faison for being an caring person

Excellent service for new home plumbing. Also quick response to house service call for a leak unrelated to the original work. I really appreciate being able to call a reliable and reasonable plumber.

Hired them to add a washing machine outlet box and to repair a leak. 1400 dollars and 3 weeks later I still had the same water leaking in my floor. I ended up hiring someone else to replace the hot water heater, which is where the leak was coming from. I had this done while I waited another 3 weeks for them to finish repairing the drywall. All the while I was getting calls about a payment for a job they didn't seem in a rush to complete. I gave them 2 stars because the tech was professional. I'd never use them again.
